1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders for astrology services (Kundali, Horoscope, Consultations, etc.) once placed cannot be canceled after processing begins, as reports are generated based on unique personal details.
- If you wish to cancel your request, you must do so within 1 hour of placing the order, provided our team has not yet started working on it.
- There is no cancellation on generated reports.
2. Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Services: Since astrology reports, consultations, and kundali services are personalized, once delivered, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
- Duplicate Payments: If any payment is deducted more than once due to a technical error, the extra amount will be refunded to the same source account within 7-10 working days.
- Service Issues: In rare cases of technical errors (e.g., incomplete report delivery, payment deducted but service not received), users may request a resolution. After verification, either a full service re-delivery or a refund (if applicable) will be provided.
3. Rescheduling Policy (for Consultations)
- One-to-One consultation sessions can be rescheduled once if requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
- Failure to attend the session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the booking amount.
